Socially unprotected citizens get Easter baskets
Every year on the eve of Easter Ternopil city Council organizes the transfer of charity baskets to Ternopil, who need extra protection or guardianship: to invalids of war and independence, mothers with many children, veterans, and other socially unprotected categories of the population. This year was no exception. For 115 of them were formed Easter basket, which included butter, cereals, cake, eggs and other products. Part of the poor food presented in the Department of social policy, and those who find it difficult to move, the social workers brought the products home. “For us it became a tradition at Easter to give Easter baskets to people who need special assistance and care, – says mayor Sergei Nadal. – So I want to say thanks to the veterans and pensioners who built our city, the participants of the ATO for giving health’I to protect Ukraine and to mothers of large families for the children who will develop the state. I wish you all peace, prosperity, and good to spend the holidays in the family circle. The abundant blessings of God!”.
