At the same time he stressed that to complete the construction of the library, the regional administration is considering cooperation with Ternopil city Council. "The building of the regional library is too large, and therefore to use the premises only for the needs of library effectively. There will be possible for the art school, music school and other institutions which are on balance of the regional Council. Thus, we can optimize efficiency of use of these premises. I think the solution to this problem and reach a common understanding on the completion of the regional library will take about another few months", – said the head region.
