A fatal accident occurred on Easter Sunday in the village Rukhotyn of Khotyn district. Driving a motorbike “MT-10" 17-year-old resident of the village of Polyana has not chosen safe speed of movement, didn't consider a road situation and overturned the vehicle. In the accident, 13-year-old passenger, a resident of the village Poliana, at the time of medical care died in Khotyn Central district hospital. Information on the fact of a traffic accident are brought in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations on signs of the offense provided by part 2 of article 286 (Violation of traffic safety or transport operation by persons who direct vehicles) the Criminal code of Ukraine.
