In Vinnytsia region Prosecutor's office revealed the fact of evasion by the developer from the payment of equity
the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region the state of paying developers in budget share participation in infrastructure development of the city of Vinnitsa. It is established that one of the enterprises in the implementation of reconstruction of buildings in Vinnitsa estimated cost of nearly 4.5 million, listed funds share participation in the city budget. To avoid the payment of equity by the company in the Declaration of readiness for operation about’object registered with the Department of State architectural construction inspection in Vinnytsia region, submitted false data about payment means the equity in full with reference to the contract and payment orders, which relate to another about’object construction. In fact, equity participation in carrying out the reconstruction in the amount of approximately 446 thousand UAH, the enterprise not paid. The Prosecutor's office of area brought data in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigation upon Commission by officials of the enterprise the criminal offenses provided by part 2 of article 364-1, part 2 St. 366 criminal code of Ukraine. Also the Prosecutor's office initiated conclusion of agreement on share participation.
