The Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region exposed by the policeman while getting 12 thousand hryvnias of illegal benefit
the results of professional and operational work of the officers of Department on investigation of criminal proceedings by investigators of the prosecution and the procedural management of Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region, management of SBU in Vinnytsia region and Vinnytsia Department of homeland security and the National police of Ukraine, in the framework of investigation of criminal proceedings on signs of the criminal offense under part 3 St. 368 criminal code of Ukraine exposed and detained at the scene the security officer of one of the district departments of the police Vinnytsia region and another person (accomplice), who demanded and received illegal benefit in the amount of 12 thousand hryvnias for not involvement of persons to criminal liability. These persons are detained as article 208 criminal procedure code of Ukraine after committing a serious criminal offense, namely that they received improper benefits. Currently, the criminal proceedings are carried out Prime investigative (search) and procedural actions aimed at about’objectively establishing the circumstances of the criminal offense, including a number of inspections and searches, questioned the applicants and witnesses. Procedure investigators and leaders trained and detainees handed over the message on suspicion in Commission of the criminal offense under part 3 St. 368 criminal code of Ukraine, Vinnytsia city and Vinnytsia oblast court directed the election petition last measure of restraint in form of detention. For the committed criminal offense provided for punishment by deprivation of liberty for a term of n’five to ten years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years, with confiscation of property.
