For the intervention of the local Prosecutor's office of Lutsk Volyn region Knyagininsky village Council Lutsk district returned a land area of 5 hectares and worth UAH 5 million. Economic court of Volyn region zadowoli the claim of the Prosecutor's office in interests of the state in the face of the village Council and terminated the rental agreement with the owner of the land, commitments’associating the tenant to return it to its rightful owner. Prosecutors'found out that the sub’object of management, in violation of the terms of the agreement, in 2009, did not pay the rent. After intervention of Prosecutor's office, the entrepreneur has paid the entire debt, the land returned to state ownership.
