Under the program U-Lead with Europe for Ukraine in Ternopil held a training event
With the assistance of the regional Hub of Western Ukraine in the framework of the program U-Lead with Europe for Ukraine, “empowerment at the local level, accountability and development” in Ternopil held a workshop on issues of operational planning, collaboration and planning. The workshop was attended by the heads of regional Centers of development of local governments in Ternopil, Lviv, Zakarpattya, Rivne, Volyn and Zhytomyr regions. Workshop participants discussed the joint activities that have been conducted since the beginning of the year, exchanged experience in the community, have identified the main problems and ways of overcoming them. During the discussion discussed the points of joint cooperation between the centres and the Hub, coordinated operational plans. Donor programs that operate in Ukraine, not always conform with the Ukrainian practice. Each of them has its own requirements. Consequently, the experts Hub has provided the Centers with document templates for organizing and holding events that are prepared with the support of the Hub (ToR Financial proposal, Report, Agenda, other), explained the procedures for approval of documents and reports.
