In Ternopil plan to create infrastructure to support small and medium-sized businesses, thanks to which entrepreneurs will be able to get professional help. On the development of the concept of creation in networks of business incubators, as well as certain developments in this direction, said the Director of the Department of economic development and trade of the Ternopil regional state administration Galina Volanic during the extended meeting of the working group. "We found support from the regional employment Center, where you can use the premises to create the business incubator, and to attract people to his support. There is a need of technique that can be used for work. According to the initial concept, there is still 10 jobs," — said Galina Volanic. The business incubator, aspiring entrepreneurs, selected on a competitive basis, will receive work space, technical support and, most importantly, information, training and mentoring support. The overall activities of the business incubator provides for the creation of jobs, business support at all stages. As well as conducting training seminars, and trainings. "International experience suggests that business 30% of entrepreneurs used the services of business incubators has grown from small to medium. And the rest 70% have worked successfully for years," said Galina Volanic. Entrepreneurs will get the support from the government, said Galina Volanic. To do this, the Ternopil regional state administration will sign a Memorandum with the employment Center and with all services: tax, customs, various inspections, Council of entrepreneurs and business associations. "It is necessary to clearly prescribe criteria for the selection of participants. Thus, the business entity must not exist for more than two years, and the period of use of the services of the business incubator should be maximum 3-5 years. During this time, the business needs to learn to function independently," believes the expert of the USAID project "Leadership in economic Radovan", lecturer of the National Academy of public administration under the President of Ukraine Natalia Baltic. One of the important criteria for selection should be the business idea, as well as the number of jobs that can be created by the entrepreneur, the Deputy Chairman-chief of staff of the Ternopil regional state administration Igor of Vons. Also to support the activities of a particular entrepreneur, he proposes the idea of concessional lending. This was reported in the Ternopil regional state administration
