Department of Economics city Council, the Union of hairdressers of the city of Chernivtsi and the Center for hairdressing art "Vivat" invites residents and guests to visit 28 – 29 April 2017 an unforgettable event – open qualifying round of the Championship of Ukraine on hairdressing art, nail aesthetics and visage "beauty the Cup of Bukovina". This large-scale event for Chernivtsi and the masters of the beauty industry who strive to enrich the experience. The participation in the championship shall accept the master of hairdressing, nail aesthetics and make-up from different regions of Ukraine and Moldova and Romania in the following categories: 1. Hairdressing: – author of the women's hairstyle for short hair – author of men's haircut and styling BESTBARBER – wedding hairstyle salon – hair elementarily "Bukovinskaya" – fashionable female styling "Curls & Waves" – women's fashion look Full Fashion Look – magneforming brand 2.
