In the Prosecutor's office held a meeting to elect delegates to the national conference of prosecutors
April 19, held a meeting of prosecutors of regional Prosecutor's office of Rivne region for the election of delegates to the national conference of prosecutors, which will take place on 26 April this year in Kiev. The meeting was attended by 86 staff members of the Prosecutor's office of area. Opening the meeting, Chairman of the organizing Committee – Deputy Prosecutor of the region Taras Ilyashuk reminded the audience about the entry of 15 April 2017 the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Prosecutor's office" regarding the functioning of the prosecutorial self-government and Qualifications and disciplinary Commission of public prosecutors, as well as the need to elect delegates to the national conference of prosecutors. During a meeting by vote elected the President and Secretary of the meeting, members of the counting Commission. During the event, announced the names of the 5 candidates that have filed papers of intent and desire to be elected by delegates at the national conference. According to the results of the secret ballot elected the 3 delegates from the regional Prosecutor's office , who will participate in the all Ukrainian conference of prosecutors – Bogdan, Roncevic, Alexander Soldatenkov and Vasyl Teslyuk. Also, each local Prosecutor's office (Dubenskaya, zdolbunovskaya, Rivne, Sarnensky) conducted the same meeting at which elected 2 delegates to attend the conference. So, the all-Ukrainian conference of prosecutors, the prosecutors of Rivne region will represent the 11 prosecutors. Qualification and disciplinary Commission of prosecutors is a collegial body, which, according to the given statutory powers determines the level of professional training of persons who expressed intention to hold the office of the Prosecutor, and decide on disciplinary liability, transfer and dismissal of prosecutors from office.
