21 April, members of the Chernihiv city Council has made changes to the Program of compensation for preferential transportation of separate categories of citizens in the city Elektro - and motor transport of General use in 2017. As you know, in Chernihiv, there are more than 88 thousand beneficiaries of the 17 different categories. Program of compensation for preferential transportation of separate categories of citizens, approved by the decision of the city Council October 27, 2016, provides for free travel for socially vulnerable layers of the population. In addition, the list of separate categories of passengers, the fare for which will be made compensatory redress in the public buses and electric transport, and also every Thursday to gardening arrays in spring and summer, road transport on urban routes for General use. In connection with the decision of the city Council as a whole to recover preferential transport transport dedicated – 49 350 000.00, trucks – 5 200 000.00. That is, the financing Program of compensation for preferential transportation of separate categories of citizens increased to 54 550 000.00. Prior to that from the city budget to ensure the implementation of this Program the city has allocated 35 200 000.00, of which the electric vehicle – 30 000 000.00. As explained in the Department of transport and communications of the city Council, currently planned is not enough. The shortfall is 19 350 000.00.
