The Prosecutor's office in the Volyn region requires the farmer to return to the state land worth over UAH 20 mln
Vladimir-Volyn local Prosecutor's office of Volyn region has addressed in court in interests of the state in the face of the Volyn regional state administration and Vladimir-Volyn district state administration with the claim to one of the farms to terminate the lease and return the land area of almost 260 hectares and cost more than 20 million UAH to the state. Prosecutors'found out that in March 2006, between Vladimir-Volyn district state administration and the farm concluded the lease contract of this land plot from the lands of the forest, which is located in Lodinska village Council outside the settlements. Using the plot, the farm, established by law the duties ' to protect the forest from illegal cutting and other damage and ensure rational use of forest resources without damaging the environment are not carried out, thus brutally violating the terms of the land lease agreement and current legislation. Note that one of the officials of the economy was brought to criminal responsibility for illegal cuttings of forests and forgery logging ticket.
