Chairman of the State fiscal service of Ukraine Miroslav Prodan, the chief of the National police in the Volyn region Petro Spis, the head of the security Service of Ukraine in the Volyn region Yuri Felongco, the head of the Main Directorate of DFS in Volyn region Svetlana Savchuk to conduct verification activities on the territory of the city of objects of the instant lottery, online institutions, where possible the facts of gambling, which is banned in Ukraine. He notes that in the city of Lutsk, there are 40 objects of the instant lottery, Internet-clubs, venues the lottery the Ukrainian national lottery, whose activities, according to unofficial data, is associated with gambling. And the number of such institutions is constantly growing. In addition, the aforementioned institutions are working around the clock, without a formal set mode by decision of the Executive Committee of Lutsk city Council. Igor Polishchuk, the document notes that the city Council receives numerous complaints regarding the activities of such institutions. “According to the applicants, the institution can be a gambling type, because in the evening and night hours working behind closed doors, and entrance of visitors is selective, observed around individuals who arouse suspicion. The main request of the appellants to close these institutions,” - said in the letter. The city Council Secretary Igor Polishchuk notes that in order to respond to the complaints of citizens has repeatedly sent letters to the police and the fiscal service on the adoption of possible measures for the observance by business entities of the applicable economy. He noted that the Executive Committee is concerned about the possible operation of an illegal gambling business in luck, because this is in addition to economic losses to the state, is a threat to the families of the people, where there is a person with a gambling addiction. Therefore, Igor Polishchuk requests of law enforcement and fiscal authorities to check the activities of the above institutions and in case of violations, bring the perpetrators to justice, and illegal gambling establishments to close.
