In Chernihiv 26 April – Day of mourning
To honor the memory of the deceased member of the antiterrorist operation Smirnova, Pavel Yuryevich, senior soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and of memory of soldiers – participants of anti-terrorist operation that died defending the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, civilians in the East of Ukraine, in the city of Chernihiv April 26 announced a Day of mourning. The corresponding order was signed by Chernihiv city Chairman Vladislav Atroshenko. On this day, as a sign of mourning for those killed in the buildings and structures of bodies of state Executive power, local self-government, enterprises, institutions and organizations of the city will be lowered the national Flags of Ukraine with a black ribbon. In addition, the city will be limited for entertainment and concert events and restricted sound of music entertainment in markets, institutions trade and restaurant economy, in public transport, street broadcast.
