Chernivtsi: Prior worker – let the tax
Chernivtsi LIGHTS reminds employers of the legal provisions of part 3, article 24 of the Code of labour laws of Ukraine (with changes and amendments), which determined that the employee cannot be allowed to work without concluding an employment contract issued an order or possession of the owner or authorized body, and the messages of the State fiscal service about the acceptance of the worker. The message on acceptance of the employment is served in the manner specified by the CMU from 17.06.2015, No. 413 the owner of the enterprise, institution, organization or authorized body or physical person to the territorial bodies of the State fiscal service at the place of registration as the payer of a single fee for obligatory state social insurance in the prescribed form before the employee concluded employment contract with one of the following ways: by electronic means using the electronic digital signatures of responsible persons in accordance with the requirements of the legislation in the field of electronic document and electronic signature; on paper together with a copy in electronic form; on paper, if labor contracts are signed not more than five persons.
