In Zhytomyr region more than 50% of houses with Central heating are equipped with metering facilities. About this said the Chairman of Zhytomyr regional state administration Igor Gundich April 25, at the meeting with participation of Deputy Minister of regional development, construction and housing and communal services of Ukraine Eduard Kruglyakov, MPs Iryna Lutsenko and Borislav Rosenblatt, heads cities. — "In the Zhytomyr region more than 50% of houses with Central heating equipped with means of accounting is 910 in 1806 houses. To ensure that residents pay the funds regulations, and for actual consumption of heat before the next heating season 2017/2018 year, this figure should be at least 90%", – said Igor Gundich and urged those present to voice all the problems on the way to energy efficiency to find solutions. The meeting discussed how to accelerate this process, problematic issues in the heating sector and what needs to change in legislation. According to Irina Lutsenko, such a meeting was first held in Zhytomyr and eventually pass in all regions of Ukraine. Its purpose is to conduct a dialogue with all representatives of the supply process to find the solution of all problematic issues – calculations for the energy of formation of tariffs for the population, the supplied equipment by means of accounting of thermal energy, termosanatsiya houses. The results of the discussion, the deputies will initiate these changes: * amendments to the law on heat supply and enforcement service to introduce protected articles in the investment program, which established means of heat metering and heat points; * not to forbid Naftogaz to purchase other operators: if there is a debt to Naftogaz, it is forbidden to enter into other contractual relations; * renewal of act No. 1730 on the restructuring of debts; * view and withdrawal from the NKREKP licensees at least 170 thousand gigacalories and who has not established counters.
