On the occasion of the 500th anniversary of the reformation in Ternopil will be held all-Ukrainian scientific-practical conference "the Protestant Church in the context of national history and social transformations"
Opening the all-Ukrainian scientific-practical conference "the Protestant Church in the context of national history and social transformations" to the 500th anniversary of the reformation will be held on April 27 at 10.00 on the basis of Ternopil national pedagogical University. V. Hnatiuk in room # 178. Among the issues to be discussed – the history of Christianity, the emergence of Protestant churches, the influence of the reformation on the socio-economic development of the country, the European reformation and its echoes in Ukraine. The conference will take part: Stepan Barna, Chairman of the Ternopil regional state administration; . Vitaly Kozak, Archpriest, doctor of Church history, clergy, the Ternopil-Zboriv Archeparchy, Dean m. Ternopil; Yaroslav Lukasik, master of Philology, University of Warsaw, Director of East European Leadership Forum. Mykhailo Panochko, President of all-Ukrainian Union of Churches of Christians of Evangelical Faith; Vladimir Kravets, doctor of pedagogical Sciences, Professor, academician, rector of the Ternopil national pedagogical University named after Volodymyr Hnatiuk; Oleg Sagan, the pastor, the Chairman of the Ternopil regional organizing Committee of the Protestant Churches and associations for the celebration in Ukraine of the 500th anniversary of the reformation; Lyudmila Filipovich, Ph. D., Professor, head of Department of problems of religious processes in Ukraine the Department of religious studies of the Institute of philosophy. G. S.
