Training by the state order without competition are accepted within 5 percent of the admission plan for each form of training of the persons who became winners and laureates of the annual all-Ukrainian competition "Best civil servant" The application for admission to study in the University included: - personal card of the civil servant (established form); - autobiography; - medical certificate on form N 086-u; - six photos size 3x4 cm; - the direction of educational institutions (for distance learning), the contract (for day); - copy of diploma on higher education and its annexes; - copy of work record card and certificate the identification numbers, duly certified. Entrance examinations are held from 24 July to 5 August.
