Department of supervision of observance of laws by the state fiscal service of Prosecutor's office of area performed procedural guidance over pre-trial investigation carried out by investigative management of financial investigations of GU DFS in the Transcarpathian region, in criminal proceedings concerning officials of one of the enterprises of the region. As the head of the Department of supervision over observance of laws by bodies of the fiscal service Artem Ivanov, previously it is established that officials of the company, in complicity with the chairmen of village councils of Transcarpathian region, have overstated the cost of the repair and construction works on capital repair of roads of the region for total amount nearly 1 million UAH. therefore, by setting the local budget funds in especially large sizes. During a pretrial investigation directly the procedural head in these criminal proceedings, the police searched the address of the location of the office premises of the company, which seized the financial-accounting documents. At present pre-judicial investigation proceeds, a number of corresponding examinations, after which they will decide to declare the service entities of the enterprise on suspicion of committing criminal offense under part 2 of article 27, part 5 of article 191 UK of Ukraine - misappropriation, embezzlement of property or taking to them by abuse of official position.
