In the Ternopil region for reference, there are 15 educational institutions

One of the most important issues of reforming the educational sector –the introduction from 1 September 2018 the concept of a new Ukrainian school. About this at the Board meeting of the Ternopil regional state administration noted the Deputy Minister of education and science of Ukraine Pavlo Khobzey and head of the Department of education and science of the regional state administration Olga Homa. At the same time not less important also is the creation of supporting educational institutions, as well as the financing of the education sector. As noted by the head of the Department of education and science of Ternopil regional state administration Olga Khoma, in the context of the reform of the educational area the development of preschool education is aimed at increasing places and improving coverage of children by preschool education and upbringing. As for the reform of secondary education, one of the main objectives of the reform is the creation of an optimal network of secondary schools, which would really take into account the educational needs of society and ensure efficient use of financial, logistical and human resources. "In the area there are 182 schools of different levels, – said Olga Homa. And level 1-4 classes where studying less than ten children, And-II-nd level where fewer than 40 children, and And-III-th level, where studying less than a hundred children. Unfortunately, the stats are pretty disappointing, because in 2017, the training of one pupil in small schools cost 40 to 60 thousand hryvnia, when from the state budget provided only 9.600 hryvnia." An example of the presence of small schools is Zolotnitsky community Terebovlyansk district. So, in the 2016-2017 school year there are three school of i-II degree, in which fewer than 25 students, in particular: S. Kutusu – 13, p. Malovody – 15 sec. Gilbody – 21 students. All these institutions are financed from local budget revenues. "In such cases, talking about the creation of supporting educational institutions that provide quality educational services. In the area are already 15 schools, 9 of which are in areas 6, in United communities, and their 40 branches, with a total of 6.695 students. In addition, legal registration ends 4 of the supporting institutions in a United local communities. In the past year from the regional budget on support of the institution allocated more than 15 million UAH. in the area purchased a 42 "school bus". United territorial communities received more than 50 million UAH. for the development of education, that is, they have the opportunity to provide schools and equipped offices, and the transportation of children" – summed up Olga Homa. This was reported in the Ternopil regional state administration
