First Deputy mayor Gregory Nedopal represents the luck at the III Forum of energy efficient partnership'17
27 April 2017 delegation of Lutsk city Council, headed by the first Deputy mayor Gregory Negapatam, consisting of the Director of the Department of economic policy of Alexander Oslovit, Deputy Director of the Department, head of Department for energy efficiency Constantine Patrakeev and Director of the Department of housing and communal services Yury Painting takes part in the III Forum of energy efficient partnership'17 "Energy management: experience the best of" what is happening in Kiev. Among the key topics of the forum: energy management in the public sector, the realities of energy efficiency, energy service in the residential and public sectors, modern tools for improving energy efficiency in industry: energy management and financial incentives and sanctions. The event will be attended by the heads of regional state administrations and regional councils, mayors and their deputies, energy managers, representatives of condominiums, relevant public organizations, international and local companies, ESCOs, representatives of large industrial enterprises from all over Ukraine. The event will be presented the best practices of energy management, including and M. of luck. One of the key parts of the forum, traditionally, would be the signing of a Memorandum of partnership between the Agency of Saee and Lutsk city Council on the implementation of an energy management system for energy efficiency of buildings of public institutions. Note that the system-energy management in the budgetary institutions of the city of Lutsk were introduced in 2008. Currently, this system includes 224 public buildings with a total area of about 380 thousand m2.
