Vinnicchina: first Deputy Prosecutor of the region Ruslan Nkitchen carried out reception of citizens
To fulfill the requirements of article 22 of the law of Ukraine «citizens» and of departmental regulations, the first Deputy Prosecutor of the region Ruslan Nkitchen was carried out the next personal reception of citizens at the place of work and residence, namely in Ladyzhyn, which refers to the territorial jurisdiction Bershadsky local Prosecutor's office. The reception was attended by residents of the area on the condition of pre-trial investigation on a number of other criminal proceedings pending as the investigation SU GUNP in Vinnytsia region,and the local police station as it is – illegal actions of officials of the city Council in the allocation of housing and land, which passed to the Fund of the Council from the citizens and placed in a home for the elderly, provision of housing to individuals like. The head of one of garden societies of the region were interested in the question “red tape” in the criminal proceedings on the fact of arbitrariness of action in respect of property companies. On the receipt accepted in written statements and condition of pre-trial investigation in specific criminal proceedings taken on control by area Prosecutor's office. All questions, suggestions and orders that citizens appealed to the chief Prosecutor's office of the region in the framework of personal reception of citizens will be studied for their positive decisions. The Prosecutor's office underlines that the reform of the prosecution does not mean that people in other areas, not at the location of the local Prosecutor's office, denied the opportunity to seek protection of their constitutional rights in a prosecution.
