the Economic court of Rivne region has upheld the arguments of the prosecution and ordered the company to return to the state in the face of the Rivne regional state administration the land plot worth UAH 5.2 million. We are talking about 9.2 hectares of land, located on the territory of Ustechko village Council of Zdolbuniv district, which continued to use private firm, despite the fact that the terms of the contract that it was signed with Rivne regional state administration, has ended. In addition, the tenant has not fulfilled its obligation to conduct reclamation of the quarry. As a consequence, public authorities have long been deprived of the opportunity to dispose of the disputed land and receipt of the relevant funds in the budget for its use. To protect the interests of the state and the reclamation of land from illegal possession to the court, it was stated Zdolbunivskiy local Prosecutor's office a lawsuit. In the result, the court confirmed legality of requirements of the Prosecutor's office and the decision, which is obliged to return under the acceptance and transfer of the land to the forest lands of the state in the condition not worse than that in which it was leased, by land reclamation. Thus, thanks to the intervention of bodies of Prosecutor's office of the Rovno area of the illegal possession returned to the state a land area of 9.2 hectares worth UAH 5.2 million.
