In Zhytomyr region told how to receive funds from the regional budget for the cultivation of flax and buckwheat
Agricultural enterprises of the region, who grow the flax and buckwheat, have the opportunity to receive funds from the regional budget. Subsidies for the production of flax in the amount of 2.5 million UAH and buckwheat in the amount of 0,8 million UAH envisaged by the Program of development of agroindustrial complex of Zhytomyr region for 2016-2020. This informs the Directorate of agricultural development of the Zhytomyr regional state administration. Special budget subsidy from the regional budget is directed to agricultural enterprises: * in the amount of 2.0 thousand UAH-cultivation of 1 ha of flax and 0.7 thousand UAH-cultivation of 1 ha of flax; * in the amount of 300 UAH for the cultivation of 1 hectare of buckwheat grain. In 2016, the cultivation of flax and buckwheat from the regional budget was allocated 3.9 million and 0.8 million UAH, respectively. In order to obtain funds for the cultivation of flax, the enterprise must submit the following documents: * the application form (Annex 1); * data from EDRPOU (vytyagov of the Unified state register of legal entities and physical persons-entrepreneurs); * inquiry on Bank requisites of an agricultural enterprise; * certificate of absence (presence) of arrears of taxes and duties; * the completed form of state statistical observation No. 4 - C/g; * information on the amount of acreage of agricultural land in ownership, permanent use or lease issued by the land resources authorities; * copy of the act of consumption of seeds and planting material; * a copy of the certificate on seeds and/or certificate of konditsionnost seeds when buying seeds for certificate the attached certificate or certificate for seeds; * copies of bills of lading delivery of goods to the l region, if any; * a written undertaking to return within a month to the regional budget special budget subsidies in case of establishment by Supervisory authorities of the fact of their illegal receiving or breach of terms of Order. To obtain a subsidy for the cultivation of buckwheat grain, necessary documents: * the application form (Annex 1); * data from EDRPOU (vytyagov of the Unified state register of legal entities and physical persons-entrepreneurs); * inquiry on Bank requisites of an agricultural enterprise; * certificate of absence (presence) of arrears of taxes and duties; * filled form of state statistical observation No. 4 - C/g; * information on the amount of acreage of agricultural land in ownership, permanent use or lease issued by derzeitiger; * a copy of the certificate on seeds and/or certificate of konditsionnost seeds when buying seeds for certificate the attached certificate or certificate for seeds; * copy of the act of consumption of seeds; * copies of shipping documents delivery of buckwheat on processing plants, if any; * a written undertaking to return within a month to the regional budget special budget subsidies in case of establishment by Supervisory authorities of the fact of their illegal receiving or breach of terms of this Order. After that, checks the documents of the regional Commission, which determines the amount of special fiscal subsidies for each applicant and decides on the granting of funds from the regional budget for the cultivation of flax and buckwheat.
