Negotiations are continuing with the already formed GSS regarding the extension of their boundaries, and consequently to increase their possibilities. According to him, now the main emphasis not on the number of created communities and on their quality. And above all we are talking about the quality of services providing activity of people. "We want the community reached a higher quality level of essential services related to human life. Thus, the subsidy allocated from the state budget, we need to invest in projects aimed at the development of education and medicine, so that students could obtain high-quality knowledge, and the patients proper treatment. A lot is being done in the area of infrastructure. In particular, this year the main priority road repairs. This, in fact, provided considerable funds. Still a lot of work, so to stop have no right," – said Oleg Shafts. However, he noted that the reform of unification of territorial communities of basic, i.e., it must start all other reforms. Such an example is already have in the division of hospital districts, because first of all, when adopting the resolution drew attention to the number of GSS in the field. "The community is actually a city of regional significance where focused education, medicine, utilities, infrastructure, administrative services, and the like. This is a completely different level, much higher. Therefore, I believe that decentralization is one of the most effective outputs from the economic and social crises that has developed in Ukraine. That is why the region, which is a leader in providing GSS, come to learn from the experience of delegations from other areas. This phenomenon is called "Decentralisatie tourism". During the visits, we try to pay attention to the main directions and emphases in the decentralization process. Planned trips both in small and large communities to representatives of the delegations had the opportunity to have seen the specifics of their work. This is a very useful and positive experience, so we are pleased that decentralisatie tourism has a place in our region", – said Oleg Shafts. We will remind, recently in Ternopil region was visited by a delegation of four regions of Ukraine – Donetsk, Luhansk, Zakarpattya and Lviv.
