The judge of Lutsk city district court convicted of administrative offenses related to corruption
the Joint efforts of the Prosecutor's office of Volyn and Management to protect the economy in the Volyn region Department of protection of economy of the National police of Ukraine in the Commission of administrative offences, floor’connected with corruption, the judge of Lutsk city district court. The judge is in violation of part 2 of article 52 of the Law of Ukraine "On prevention of corruption" failed to notify the National Agency for prevention of corruption about significant changes in property status. In particular, he has received income and acquired assets in the amount more than 50 times the subsistence minimum. According to the results of inspections of judges composed 2 of the Protocol on the violation of financial control requirements in part 2 of article 172-6 of the code of Ukraine on administrative offences. Note that during the announcement and awarding of the protocols, the judge let the police officers in the performance of their official duties’ties, threatened criminal prosecution, their behavior has violated the requirements of the code of professional ethics of the judge.
