Completed the investigation of the murder of the employee of the Rivne SIZO committed by the order of FSB of the Russian Federation
the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region have provided an objective investigation and 27 April 2017 was sent to the court indictment against a resident of Mariupol in the Donetsk region on charges of premeditated murder of the employee of the Rivne SIZO, perfect order, from selfish motives, on preliminary arrangement by group of persons, and illegal handling of weapons (grounds of crimes under paragraphs 6,11,12 part 2 of article 115, and part 1 St. 263 criminal code of Ukraine). A person reasonably accused of 16.09.2016 did with the use of firearms and premeditated murder of the head of Rivne Department of the detention facility of the major of internal service in the stairwell of the apartment building where he lived. The attacker made 8 shots in different parts of his body and then struck at least 8 beats a gun to the head. From the received traumas the worker Rivne SIZO died on the spot. Field investigators detained the malefactor during an attempt of crossing the State border of Ukraine in Kharkiv region. The procedural head of pre-trial investigation and the investigator collected irrefutable evidence that the murder of a jail employee committed for remuneration and on the instructions of FSB of the Russian Federation. The accused, on the initiative of the Prosecutor's office is in custody. Materials with regard to another participant in the crime, which at the time of the murder followed the situation in the yard and had to remove obstacles, if any, allocated in separate manufacture and the last declared in the international search.
