So, in April nearly 60 condominiums received in the insulation housing 13.2 million UAH. which is almost three times more than in March. In fact, the demand in 2017 is on par with record levels of late 2016. Why condominiums are in a hurry to use the program "warm credits"? First, is the ability to programme a lot of reimbursement of their expenses: 40% to 70% of the amount attracted to the insulation means. Secondly, it is an opportunity to receive additional compensation for "warm" loans from the local budget. As a result, some condominiums are actually twice more and reduce their spending on energy efficiency measures. The most important thing is that after the energy efficiency measures high-rise residents pay less for utilities. According to the monitoring after complex thermal modernization of the building – insulation, installation of ITP with climate control – heating bills reduced by half or even three times. In the end, in insulated homes are much more comfortable to live, and the cost of apartments increased by at least 25%. For example, in one of the condominiums of Lutsk apartments after the upgrade has risen by half. As you can see, the benefits of insulation and even double compensation from state and local budgets are more than enough.
