In the Volyn region on the fact of contamination of land near the village Povorsk waste of animal origin the criminal proceedings
Kovel's'ka local Prosecutor's office performs procedural management of pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings on the fact of land contamination (a criminal offense under part 1 article 239 of the criminal code of Ukraine) on the territory of the tract “Thousand” near the village of Kovel district Povorsk waste of animal origin. The information in the Unified register of pretrial investigations made after receipt by Kovel police Department of the Main Directorate of the National police in Volyn region 05 may 2017 collective complaints of citizens about the fact that on the territory unknown persons have unloaded about 15 truckloads of such wastes. Continues pre-trial investigation, during which all measures are taken to ensure that the necessary investigative actions aimed at the adoption of a lawful and reasonable decision in criminal proceedings.
