Chernigov: a meeting of the leadership of the city and with representatives of veterans ' organizations
recently, Ukraine will celebrate Day of memory and reconciliation, and 72-th anniversary of victory over Nazism in the Second world war. It's bright and sad days together. On may 5, the state administration held the meeting of the leaders of the city and with representatives of veterans ' organizations, the Union of soldiers-internationalists and participants of the ATO. With words of gratitude to the veterans asked the Chairman of the Chernihiv regional state administration Valeriy Kulich, head of the regional Council Igor Vdovenko and Secretary of Chernihiv city Council Victor Bystrov. Managers presented state awards to the families of the dead members of ATU, veterans, award of regional state administration, Chernihiv city Council. During the meeting word was the Chairman of the regional organization of veterans of Ukraine Anatoly Moskalenko, member of fighting the Second world war Constantine Kazimirov, Chairman of the regional branch of the Ukrainian Union of prisoners-victims of Nazism Nina Clove, Chairman of the Chernigov city organization of veterans Irina Quarter, the Chairman of the regional branch of the Ukrainian Union of veterans of Afghanistan (soldiers-internationalists) Alexander Sokolov, Chairman of the Board of public organization "Shield 41" albert Ceresco and Chairman of the Council of veterans ATO and family members of victims (dead) soldiers of the ATO at the Chernihiv city Council Andrew Entrails. Peaceful sky and wished the audience shnye defenders of our country — participants of the antiterrorist operation, which, unfortunately, claimed the lives of 155 soldiers from Chernigov. — Looking at you, heroes of the Second world war, we are proud of our strong roots. For personal courage shown during the defense of national sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, selfless performance of military duty, the order "For courage" III degree is awarded: Suprunenko Andrey Pavlovich — soldier, a resident of the Koryukovka Raion (posthumously). The award was presented by the mother of the deceased -- Suprunenko, Valentina Andreevna; Kovalchuk, Sergei M. — the lance Sergeant, a resident of Bobrovitskiy district (posthumously). The award was presented to the wife of the deceased Svetlana Kovalchuk Lazarus.
