In Ternopil municipal police, together with public activists discovered poachers
In the night of may 4, 2017, employees of the Department of municipal police, together with representatives of TH PCTL “Rock” revealed the fact of illegal fishing during the spawning period on the Ternopil pond (near neighborhood Pronation). Illegal fishing was carried out on the territory of natural reserve Fund with the help of boats and fishing nets. Violators were two local residents. The scene called for law enforcement to identify the persons of the offenders, the determination of the amount of damages, forfeiture of catch and means of fishing, the registration of the relevant acts and obtain explanations. In addition, an inspector of the office of the municipal police-public inspector of environmental protection in place issued two administrative Protocol on h 1 tbsp. 91, Art and part 4 of article 85 of the Cao (violation of article 63 of the memory "animal world” and clause 3.15 “Rules of Amateur and sports fishery”).
