The Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region instituted criminal proceedings on the fact of committing forgery to the state Registrar
the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region studied the issue of legality of use of agricultural land. It was revealed that the state Registrar of Mohyliv-Podilskyi district state administration in the period 2016–2017 illegally made the state registration of lease rights for land plots of agricultural purpose a total area of over 70 hectares on the territory of the village Council Pechenezke Zhmerinka district. In particular, the registrars of the state registration of the right of use 30 land plots in favor of one of the sub's management for a period of 10 years on the basis of forged lease agreements, since the persons on whose behalf the agreements were signed at the time of signing and registering the dead. On the specified fact the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region instituted criminal proceedings on signs of the criminal offense under part 1 St. 366 criminal code of Ukraine.
