In the Volyn region Prosecutor's office demands to return Manevich vocational school unnecessarily occupied the room
the Prosecutor's office of Volyn region has addressed in court in interests of the state represented by the Ministry of education and science of Ukraine and Manevychi vocational school with a claim to one of the regional enterprises to Zobov’obligation to release and return of the Lyceum of the premises of the academic building ¹ 2 with a value of over 113 thousand UAH. Prosecutors'found out that in late 2002 the Department of education and science of Volyn regional state administration has allowed the school to lease the enterprise to this part of the premises for one year, but the lease was never signed. Therefore, starting in 2002, violating the requirements of the current legislation, the company uses part of the premises for the purposes of the Lyceum, floor’connected with the educational process, without any legal basis. The administration of Manevychi vocational school repeatedly appealed to users with the requirement to vacate their premises, but this requirement is not upheld. In the situation interfered with the prosecution and now the court will require to vacate the premises with an area of 66 sq. m. and return it to school.
