The luck award PACE - Shield of Honor
For the active promotion of the European idea and the promotion of European unity Lutsk marked the third of four awards of the parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe – a Shield of Honor. Lutsk already has two awards from the PACE – European Diploma (2010) and the Flag of Honor (2011). Every year in January the Executive Committee of Lutsk city Council is applying to the office of PACE for your next reward. This substantial English-language work that prepares the office of international cooperation and project activities of the town Council, with a description of the international and integration activities, which are implemented by the city during the previous year. The application, covering the international activities of luck for 2016, was adopted to celebrating a Shield of Honor. Achievements of the Executive Committee of Lutsk city Council, municipal institutions and establishments, educational institutions, enterprises and organizations of the city in the direction of attracting grants and investments, development of international contacts and deepening the foreign partnerships – all of which are components of high assessment of the PACE. Shield of Honor will be given to our city a member of the Committee on social Affairs, health and sustainable development, and honorary member of the parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
