In Transcarpathia the "round table" will discuss implementation issues in the region decentralization
may 11 - 12, sec.Kamyanitsa, Uzhgorod district (St. Uganska, 28, hotel "Camelot") will hold a meeting at the "round style": "local self-government Reform and territorial organization of power in Ukraine: achievements and new challenges". Beginning at 11.00. During the round table the participants will summarize the three years of implementation of reforms in Ukraine, will discuss its future prospects. The event will be held consultation meeting for representatives of the Council of Europe and Ministry of regional development with national minority organizations of the Transcarpathian region. Participation in the meeting will be the leadership of the Transcarpathian regional state administration and regional Council, representatives of Central Executive bodies, deputies of Ukraine, the chairmen of the joint territorial communities from different regions of the state. The event was organized by the Ministry of regional development, construction and housing and communal services of Ukraine in collaboration with the Program of the Council of Europe "Decentralization and territorial consolidation in Ukraine" with the assistance of the Program U-LEAD Europe: Programme for Ukraine with empowerment at the local level, accountability and development.
