In the Transcarpathian region for violations of environmental regulations –
Illegal felling of trees, damage the trees to the extent of the termination and of sustained growth – such violations of the requirements of the Forest Code of Ukraine installed by specialists of the State ecological inspection in the Transcarpathian region during carrying out planned inspections in lstand Uzhgorod military forestry. Following the implementation of the activities of state supervision (control) by state ecoinspection brought to administrative responsibility of officials. 11 According to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 23.07.2008 ¹665 “On approval of tariffs for calculating the amount of damage caused to the forest,” state ecoinspection carried out a calculation of the amount of damage caused to forests, in the amount of UAH 28366,8 and filed a claim for voluntary compensation. In the case of abandonment of the claim without response by the state ecoinspection will be transferred the case to the Economic court of Transcarpathian region on the forced recovery of the said amount.
