The state Flag of Ukraine over the red square of Chernihiv raised the head of the RSA Valeriy Kulich, head of the regional Council Igor Vdovenko, the schoolgirl of the 9th class of the Chernihiv Collegium, No. 11, winner of all-Ukrainian student Olympiad on geography, scholar of the President of Ukraine Alena Kuzmenko and a student of II-year student of the faculty of social technologies, the recovery and rehabilitation of Chernihiv national University of technology, project member of "British Council" Julia Khizhnyak.
