In the conference room of the city Council was held honoring the mothers of dead servicemen - participants of anti-terrorist operation on the occasion of the International mother's day. My most sincere gratitude to the mothers for raising sons-the patriots have expressed myself and the city Council acting mayor Igor Polishchuk and the Deputy of the mayor Alexander Rachkov. “Thank you for your heroism and great sacrifice, for real sons, who gave their lives so citizens can live and work in Ukraine to be unified and independent. Your feat will forever remain in our hearts”,- said Igor Polishchuk. He wished them good health, long life, respect and appreciation from people and God's blessings. Igor Polishchuk and Alexander Rachkov presented the mothers with flowers and scrolls with the text: “on behalf of Lutsk city Council, Executive Committee and myself personally I cordially congratulate You on mother's Day! Show your respect and reverence for Your wisdom and patience, I bow to the sacrifice of a woman who was raised by a selfless son. Every deed of the hero is his mother - soft and incredibly strong woman who is putting his life on the upbringing of the child, found the courage to support her in the fight against the enemy, protected by their prayers and parental blessing. Your resistance is no less a feat than the resistance of Your son in combat. May all Your endeavors be crowned with success, the house bypassed the hardships of life, but the heart is always warm, sincere human respect and love.” Igor Polishchuk gave the mother of the deceased member of the antiterrorist operation Maksim Igorevich Grinchishina Larisa Vladimirovna with the order of Bogdan Khmelnitsky III degree.
