Kovel's'ka local Prosecutor's office performs procedural management of pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings about the murder of 63-year-old resident of the village of Kovel district kruhel ' his year younger relative. The tragic incident happened on may 10, 2017. During joint drinking of alcohol between men there was a quarrel and the elder struck the younger with a chair to the head, and then stabbed him in the back.
