In Volyn region Coverciano failed to conduct drugs across the border
the Prosecutor of the region approved and sent to the court indictment in criminal proceedings, rosslauer investigators of regional management of SBU, in respect of 37-year-old resident of Mukachevo, who at the beginning of October of last year acquired in the future, while crossing the border at a checkpoint «domanove” Volyn customs DFS, tried to move illegally to the Republic of Belarus especially dangerous drug-marihuana, however, was exposed during the passage of border and customs control. Actions of a citizen qualified under part 2 of article 15, part 2 St. 305 criminal code of Ukraine, which sanction prescribe punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term up to 10 years.
