Physical persons-entrepreneurs Bukovina begin to emerge from the "shadow"
Despite the cessation in January-February 2017 activities of more than 6.0 thousand of physical persons-entrepreneurs, payers of the single social contribution has increased compared to the corresponding period in 2017 8.2%. 15.5% increase in the number of entrepreneurs who use work of hired workers, and 29.4% – the average number employed entrepreneurs. However, there is a minimizing of employment and wages from such employers, as the number of employees per entrepreneur is barely up to two employees and the average wage is UAH 3167. and below the average figure for the area by 33.4%. 193 entrepreneurs pay a salary of 362 employees less than the minimum size (3200 UAH.) that is 32.9 per cent of employees in these businesses and the average size is 1731 UAH. which is 46% below the minimum salary. The most common scheme of minimization of the employment and wages of physical persons-entrepreneurs – employers part time workers (13.2 percent) and contracts of civil nature (a 2.6%). Given the stipulated by the current legislation of Ukraine the administrative, civil and even criminal liability of legal entities and entrepreneurs for its low wages and violations of labour legislation, appeal to employers to individuals-entrepreneurs: "Be responsible for the workers who help You create wealth, act in the legal field, because the responsibility is significant!".
