In the prosecution of Rivne region 12 may conducted a training seminar on the theme "Organization of activity of the Prosecutor concerning observance of requirements of the law of sale and transfer of ownership of property utilities". The event was attended by representatives of National Academy of prosecution of Ukraine, the judicial branch, employees of regional Prosecutor's office, heads of local Prosecutor's offices, their first deputies and deputies, the prosecutors of local Prosecutor's offices, which according to distribution of duties carry out representation in courts. The seminar was opened by the Deputy Prosecutor of the Rivne region, Oleg Vasiliev. He noted that one of the effective ways of dealing with breaches of legislation in the sphere of ownership and protection of the interests of the state, utility companies remains representative activities of the Prosecutor's office. And therefore to improve the effectiveness of this work, the results of which, in turn, affect the strengthening of the rule of law in the region, it is important to discuss organizational and practical factors of such activities through the prism prepared and filed with the court of claims. As noted on the seminar, during 2017, the bodies of regional Prosecutor's office said the lawsuits for the protection of the state in the sphere of property totaling approximately 1.5 million UAH. Of them are already satisfied claims in the amount of UAH 1.2 million. With the information and training materials for participants were made by the head of Department of Prosecutor's office of area Lyudmila sander, head of the regional Prosecutor's office Pavel Romanchuk, the Prosecutor of Department of Prosecutor's office of area Oksana Marsusa. The participants familiarized with the main aspects of the organisation of activity of public Prosecutor in sphere of protection of the municipal property, sources of information for the use of Executive powers in this direction. Also discussed specific examples, the claims of prosecutors and the typical violations that may occur in their preparation. About practice of consideration by courts of cases of certain categories told the audience the judge of the Rivne economic court of appeal Inna Rosignano (pictured). She directed the prosecutors to use in acts of reaction, the maximum legislative and legal basis to support a reasonable satisfaction of their claims by the court. The representative of the National prosecution Academy of Ukraine Olena Govorukha (pictured) elaborated on the discussion of legislative changes, which are Agency staff and the society with regard to improvement ways of effectiveness of representative activities. She informed that now the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is a series of bills, adoption of which will change slightly the order of participation of prosecutors in the courts for certain categories of cases, as well as the terms of appeal against court decisions in civil and administrative proceedings. At the same time it assured that in case of legislative changes, the prosecutors, no doubt, will have a practical and methodical support from their counterparts in the capital with the purpose of identical and correct application of the law. In addition Govorukha Olena shared with the seminar participants experience the assessment of the completeness and legality of the exercise by the lessee of municipal property is inseparable from the object of the lease improvements and quality response of Prosecutor's office in case of establishment of violations on these issues. At the end of the seminars the participants had the opportunity to exchange views and experiences and lessons learned. Thanks to the seminar, the prosecutors increased skill level and improved approach to working on issues of Executive activities in the field of protection of communal property.
