Inhabitant of Kiev it is reported about suspicion in the finished attempt at encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine
For the procedural management of Prosecutor's office of Rivne region, the investigator of security Service of Ukraine in Rivne region reported suspected 32-year-old resident of Kiev in Commission finished attempted encroachment on territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine (signs of the crime provided by part 2 of article 15, part 2 of article 110 of the criminal code of Ukraine). As stated, the suspect organized a 10.05.2017 attempting to hold an unsanctioned rally in Rivne, where the engaging reward groups of individuals (including so-called "strmenu") tried to make the actions directed on infringement of territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine through the implementation of public calls and distribution of materials calling for such actions. And although "pseudofacts" was immediately stopped by guards together with the local activists, this event is the same day it was used by a number of Russian media for the formation of citizens have negative opinions and attitudes towards Ukraine, in particular in its government agencies (for example under the headings "the Neo-Nazis provoked a fight with the diggers of amber in Rivne"). The protesters seized posters and leaflets under the slogan "Penza Republic of", "amber – treasure of the Rivne national Republic" and others. At the initiative of Prosecutor's office of the court applied to the suspect the measure of restraint – detention without the right of bail. In this criminal proceedings pre-judicial investigation proceeds to ascertain all the circumstances of the serious crimes and referral of the indictment to the court.
