In addition, funds were used for payment of hospital, as well as Executive and judicial fees. Such actions of officials of the enterprise have led to misuse of budget funds worth over UAH 4.1 mln. To conceal misuse of funds,the accountant, as directed by the Manager, included in official documents - payment orders - false information about the purpose of the payments. Counterfeit payment orders, the company's Director and accountant assured by signatures and the press. On the basis of these documents was carried out the relevant payments to the employees of the mine. Both officials are accused of committing criminal offenses under part 1 of article 366 and part 2 of article 210 of the criminal code of Ukraine.
