Igor Vons: expanding the range of electronic services is a step towards overcoming corruption
Vice President-head of regional state administration Igor Vons held a working meeting with discussions to expand the range of services authorities in electronic form. In particular, they talked about the services that are provided by the Department of social protection of the regional state administration and its structural divisions, and also services for the state registration of acts of civil status provided by the departments DRACS areas, which are subordinate to the Main territorial Department of justice. The meeting was attended by the project Manager ³Gov in the field Irina Kellner, heads of departments of economic development and trade and social protection of population of regional state administration and representatives of the Main territorial administration of justice in the region. "In modern society, information becomes a necessary resource. Based on this, we need to optimize all of the existing and creation of new information services, to provide maximum opportunity for citizens to obtain services in electronic form. As experience shows, the implementation, updating and improvement of electronic management elements will ensure transparency in the work of the regional state administration, the speed and efficiency of rendering of services, and as a result will strengthen the influence of society on the adoption of authoritative decisions. In addition, it is a significant step in overcoming a corruption component", - said Igor Vons. On format online through the portal Ternopil.igov.org.ua for citizens and business entities 110 entered service in electronic form, including: an appeal to officials and requests for public information, registration/de-registration of citizens and business entities, issuance/replacement of passports of the citizen of Ukraine (including travel abroad), services in the sphere of land relations, real estate, obtaining permits, statements and certificates from Executive authorities and the like," said Galina Volanic.
