Chernivtsi: an internal investigation revealed falsification of medical records

In particular it is established that the entries in the stationary cards of patients do not correspond to the data in operating logs. Revealed taken the signature of the doctor M. in all preoperative Agritech for the period 2011-2013, although the doctor never conducted clinical work in gynecological Department of the hospital , was not involved in the conduct of operations. The administration believes that these facts contain signs of the crime provided St. 366 Criminal code of Ukraine – "forgery. Drafting, issuing officer knowingly false official documents, entering into official documents of obviously false data, another forgery of official documents. Given the above, the administration of the CMU "City clinical maternity hospital ¹1" has sent a message about a possible crime to the General Directorate of National police in Chernivtsi region.
