And progressiveness of the owner of the house noticed even the Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman, who noted that already for two years at least half of the construction projects in the country will be commissioned online, said in the story "TTB". According to Vladimir Romanenko, in the electronic system on the website Gosarhstroyinspektsii he made the data from the technical passport, so additional difficulties had not arisen. However, the only thing that distinguishes e-services from the paper – the presence of an electronic signature, which, according to Vladimir, it is easy to obtain in the fiscal service or institution that serves you. The procedure for obtaining signatures and filing of the Declaration on the website DHABI, absolutely free. At the same time, as noted by the Chairman of the Ternopil regional state administration Stepan Barna, e-governance is the key to reforms in the state. After all, is designed to provide new efficiency and transparency to the work of the authorities, as well as new area residents and businesses. Now, thanks to the electronic control system people will be able, without leaving home, to fill in the Declaration on the beginning of construction works, which automatically will be sent to the corresponding territorial body of Gosarhstroyinspektsii. The entire path of the document can be tracked online. It will significantly speed up the process of obtaining permits, eliminate queues in CAPAH and will significantly reduce corruption risks", – said Stepan Barna.
