In the Volynsk area mayor convicted of offences related to corruption
the Prosecutor's office agreed and sent to the court drawn up by employees of management of protection of economy in the field of Department of protection of economy of the National police of Ukraine, the protocols on administrative offenses, floor’connected with corruption, provided h h 1,2 article 172-7 of the code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (violation of the requirements for the prevention and settlement of conflict of interests) one of the mayors of the region. The chosen community at the session of the city Council voted for the decision on establishing the procedure of remuneration to himself. The final decision on the case will be court.
