Khust local Prosecutor's office continues the systematic work to identify officials who did not provided by the Law of Ukraine «On prevention of corruption" charge’and has submitted electronic declarations of persons authorized to perform state functions and local self-government In particular, in examining state compliance with anti-corruption legislation it is established that two deputies of Khust district Council, being the sub’objects of declaring, contrary to the requirements of the above Act is not filed electronically by the person authorized to perform state functions or local self-government, such actions commit a criminal offence under article 366-1 criminal code of Ukraine. According to the sanction of article 366-1 criminal code of Ukraine malefactors are threatened by punishment in the form of a fine of up to 42500 51000 hryvnia or community service for a term of 150 to 240 hours, or deprivation of liberty for a term up to 2 years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to 3 years.
