In Volyn region resident Gorain condemned for threatening to kill the Prosecutor
Offended by the Prosecutor's office, which in 2013 was supported the public prosecution in criminal proceedings and charged him with committing extortion and grievous bodily harm resulting in death of the victim, 36-year-old resident of the village of krasiv Gorokhovsky district, sent to the Prosecutor from prison letters threatening murder. Repeatedly judged until the young man considered the punishment in the form of 10 years of imprisonment with property confiscation is too harsh and all their troubles accused the Prosecutor. Thus in 2015, the man had already been convicted of murder threats against a law enforcement officer in connection’connection with the performance by this worker of official duties’relations. In March 2016 committed such a crime again. Having recognized the attacker guilty of a criminal offense under part 1 of article 345 of the criminal code of Ukraine, Ivanychi district court has appointed to it punishment in the form of 1 year and 5 months of imprisonment and added this term to the period of the unserved punishment for committing previous crimes. Therefore, judged 7 years, 1 month, and 18 days to be in places of deprivation of liberty.
